Halloween Fun
It then became the month of October. The weather was beginning to get a bit colder. But certain emotions were making the air warm up. Saya and Nicholas still kept seeing each other and it made the female bat happy. She still didn't know why that was, but kept going with it. Even though Izzy kept asking Saya was dating the fosky, the bat blushed hard and stated she wasn't.
A bit latter found the bat over at Shayde's place. This was another friend and a polar bear with two lips piercings, and hair half black and half white. In addition there was Tikka, a feline with long hair, green eyes, Wyllow, a female canine with tan fur and hair color, and Izzy, all discussing plans for a Halloween party to be held at the polar bear's house. "This is going to be fun," she stated. "I know we'll have fun."
"Is Luke coming over?" Saya asked. That was a male green colored lizard with glasses.
"Yeah, we can be guests to this as long as it's not too many."
"Oh I know who you should invite…" Izzy replied to the bat with a teasing grin, causing the Saya to burn red.
"Izzy, leave her alone," Wyllow stated in a gentle voice. "You'll cause her to pass out."
A few days latter found the bat with Nicholas and both were talking a bit. At one point the conversation turned to how it was ridiculous that things relating to the holiday came so early including Christmas in stores. The male was glad the female agreed with him. But then they reached her place. "Well, I guess I'll see you tomorrow then," the fosky stated.
"Yeah…" the female replied. Watching him waking away caused the question to be blurted out. "Hey, are you doing anything for Halloween?"
"Well… not really."
"I… I was wondering… if you'd like to come to this party on that night?" The poor bat was blushing red right now.
The fosky didn't answer but then broke into a loving smile. "I'd like to Saya. I can pick you up and we'll go together then, okay?" She nodded. "Well seems like we've got a date." The female went crimson, but couldn't help but smile. "We'll talk about it latter. I look forward to it." Both went their separate ways, the stupidest of grins on Nicholas's face.

The night then came around and both the fosky and bat were ready for what was to come. The male pulled up to her place, dressed up as a musketeer, but without the sword. The fosky walked to the front door and only had to wait a minute before the female came out. Saya was wearing a dress that didn't quite go to the knees with short high heels. A small crown of gems with two points was on her head along with a necklace with a flower design attached to it. The idea for her was to be a royal lady. Nicholas smiled and bowed before the bad. "M'lady, I'm honored by your presence tonight," said the fosky.
The bat giggled and smiled. "Well you look good right now."
"Perhaps. But you look beautiful right now." This caused the female to blush hard. Her pleasure at hearing the guy say that was great. And her heart was beating fast, calling out to the fosky. Could she actually…?
"Well, let's get going." The sentience caused Saya to snap out of her thoughts. They got in and Nicholas drove to the two to the place. Getting out, the male and female made their way in. Luke and Shayde were the first to greet them. The polar bear could see in an instant why Saya had taken a liking to Nicholas. Even if the bat didn't realize it at first. The male then met the rest of the females, but even they in their sexy costumes couldn't keep his eyes off of the little bat. The party was a lot of fun. There were goodies, drinks, and games. No karaoke ones but that suited the fosky just fine. There might be chances in the future latter.
When the party broke up Nicholas drove Saya back to her place, both of them talking and laughing over what had happened. He walked her to the door. "So, you have fun?" he asked.
The female blushed but smiled. "Yes. I did with you." They were silent a bit. "I'll see you soon."
She began to walk in but the fosky decided to act. "Wait Saya." The guy grabbed her left hand, causing the bat to turn and met his lips on her right cheek. The female's eyes widened in shock as she burned red. Nicholas pulled back and the bat could see he was red as well. "Goodnight… stay safe."
The fosky with his free paw ran one finger down the side of Saya's face before getting in his car. She watched him drive off in a daze before slowly heading back to her flat. Everything about the guy was going through the bat's mind along with how her heart was doing. "Am I… Do I…?" Saya wondered out loud. It was crazy, but not impossible. That the bat already liked Nicholas a lot? To the point of being in love? While this made the female happy, this all came into conflict with some other things. Still the female couldn't deny what was in her heart. Just like Nicholas couldn't as he drove back.
"I like her… a lot," he said out loud. Regardless both still wanted to see the other and would be ready for whatever the future held for them.
