Here it is at last, the punchline I've wanted to do for well over a year now. The Maroon Calf is not quite what everyone expected.
Bob is furious and Alfie as well which is very rare. Although he might be furious about something else.
This was a very difficult strip to make, but the last panel was definitely the most fun. I will submit the working progress of it soon...

One wonders what their reaction will be when they get back to civilisation and read the headlines that newly uncovered evidence points to Little John not having been a midget and Donkey Kong testing negative for equestrian DNA. Personally I think the name fits the gem perfectly! ^_^

Heh, I forgot to add that I didn't felt much surprised about the Maroon Calf being a wrong colour. English not being my first language, I didn't wondered much what colour maroon really is. Most of the time I thought it to be brown because of the "calf" part ^^; Even though I KNOW maroon is purple P: I'm just stupid like that
