Here is the first day of my fursuit head construction. I made the dome out of 1/2 inch foam, then carved large blocks out of 2 in foam to build up the face.
It took me about 8 hours to get the basic shape carved out, and roughly 10 hours over all. I was pretty happy with how it turned out.
