J187R, I had a lot of fun working on her hair... I'm a sucker for drawing pigtails waving in the wind. The horizon just feels more alive with the wavy pigtails, if that makes since!
Sorry guys for the lateness... My computer trouble sucked, but I wanted to make this happen before I got tired of seeing it in my queue. I appreciate all the patience and love, and now with this and the final commission done, I can move on to other projects!!
