People seem like that? Indeed.
As for the drawing.. In honesty, taking a lingering look, there's not much I'd say looks off, or in any way out of place. Very symmetrical and in tune with what I'd think Krath to be. From the arrogant slant in the eyes and the decadent decorations, to the loincloth bulge.
A nice overall concept design for Krath, assuredly.
