Personality: Chloe is one of the simplest of Viridian to read, or so she would have you think. She is capable of outsmarting many using both her wits and roguish behavior. But Chloe also has a softer gentle side that gives way to the sensual quarks that Lopunny's are rumored to be ruled by. Any Lopunny worth their salt will tall you it is untrue and Chloe herself will defend it. Despite an at times gruff personality coming from her years on her family farm, deep down Chloe is a kind and gentle soul who truly loves being with her friends and fighting by their sides.

Bio: Chloe's family settled many years ago on the furthest fringes of the Safari Zone where for generations the Cotton Ranch has provided some of the finest riding animals, Ponyta and Rapidash being the most prominent and sought after. Hank Cottons, a Raichu and his wife Amanda, a Lopunny, began working the ranch in their mid twenties. The times were rich and soon the couple was blessed with many children. The one they named Chloe was the middle born of seven children and one of only three girls. Like her brothers and sisters Chloe spent much of her early life going through the daily rigors of running a ranch, working horses and other mounts for show as well as races.

Chloe was the first in her family to really take an interest in battling discover that she had a unique talent with electricity, a gift from her father who taught her the various ways of channeling and using electrical attacks. It was with reluctance that Amanda allowed her child to take the entrance exam for the Combat Academy. She was able to pass with both average fighting and academic skill. Much of Chloe’s Freshman year was spent as an independent fighter, focusing more on her studies than any actual fighting. It was not until her sophomore year that life at PCA changed for Chloe more than she would have ever imagined.

At the start of her second year of schooling that Chloe became intimately linked and involved with Artemis and Nathyrra. After their fight with the ancient Entei known as Hades, in which Karen and Artemis were injured the worst, that Team Viridian approached Chloe and Itachi offering them positions on the team to continue battles. The Lopunny was more than willing to join her friends and lovers in the arena as a secondary range fighter using her Normal, Fighting, and Electric attacks to help launch Team Viridian up in the rankings to.

Chloe still takes the time to return to the ranch to see and help her family, and even manages to talk her friends into going with her. For their part Hank and Amanda love their daughters choice of friends and have taken to Artemis and Nathyrra like family, out of the trio of familes the Cottons have been the only ones to support and approve of the three young Mon. So taken with Artemis as a lover and friend, Chloe and her family gave Artemis a rare shiny Rapidash for his sixteenth birthday. Naming it Nightfyre in honor of his new owner, Chloe revealed that she had raised him since he was a Ponyta and only bonded to few people. Sensing the love Chloe has for Artemis and Nathyrra, Nightfyre is obedient and loyal to the trio.
