When someone wants to purchase a YCH or CM spot on here, they offer to break up the full payment into different amounts.
Say they don't want the folks to or whoever they live with to get mad at them for spending that much all at once, or they don't have enough money to pay it all at once.
So they offer to pay either half of it now and the other half later, or break it up into smaller amounts like a Quarter now and than another and so on each paycheck from their job(s).
