This had a couple of firsts for me. I tried out a different method to drawing the eyes, the mouth, and the ears. I did the sketch digitally, and the printed the sketch and outlined it in ink on paper. Finally, it was my first time using Copic markers. I grabbed the Neutral Gray starter set because I ain't spending $100+ on multiple colors and shades yet.
This was in a toned gray paper to begin with, so there is not much range. Looking forward to the next piece.
You can call this an Inktober entry, although it didn't follow any prompts. I'll give some of those a try in the coming days.
