The Chinese military (I kid you not) condemned Zootopia, calling it "Western propaganda" for promoting the idea that anyone can be anything (and especially took issue with a sheep being able to be the villain).
While on the other side of the Pacific, the Religious Right behaved even more childishly, calling the movie Satanic and accusing it of promoting Paganism for giving human traits to anthropomorphic animals.
But the truth is that they're both just butt-hurt. Zootopia topped the box offices abroad, curb-stomped a Religious Right handjob clumsily disguised as a movie called God's Not Dead 2, and worst of all (for the far left and far right) encouraged children and adults alike, not just to actually start thinking again, but to think (horror of all horrors) that change is actually possible.

PS: Sincere apologies to the citizens of Bunnyburrow. I literally watched the whole freakin' movie looking for one and could find nothing else that could be used as an icon for the stupid "Pagan Values" claim.

Meh. There wasn't enough room in the border to fit "Chinese Communists". I actually consider them to be cut from the same cloth as the Zionists yammering about deviancy and paganism (when they're not busy ogling the altar boys), but now that I think about it, that's well illustrated in the "far-" terms; two groups of idiots that supposedly represent completely conflicting ideologies acting exactly alike by getting butt-hurt over nothing.
