Today in Brazil is Children's Day, so I decided to draw Albert and his child version.
Like I said before Albert's childhood was very sad, because he is a dragon with stripes, in the village where he born, dragons with stripes were know as cursed dragons, Albert was hated by everyone excepit his parents that died when he still was young, so Albert really was alone.
Now he works in a gay bar as a security and sometimes as a waiter and live in a rent apartment, but now he seems more happy and gained true friends.
Problems everybody have, but you decided if you want to live one more second to see what you happen later. ;)

That's really very motivating and sad at the same time. Albert has really a sad past, avoided because of mere superstition, just because he was a bit different. At least his parents loved him, that's what a child really needs. I think despite of his hard young years Albert made something out of himself, he grew up healthy and strong, got a good job and can live a life he obviously likes with some good friends. I'm glad Albert got the good life that he deserves. Ad to be honest, the stripes look pretty nice on him.
A very great work with a even greater meaning. It motivates to overcome a sad past and fight for a good life nevertheless. And of course it's a nice drawing for Children's Day, it suits this day pretty well. Very good work and really a nice and well meant idea!
