So I figured that I would open up badge commissions soon. Since everyone is back from FWA and in a con mood and there is till AC coming up. I needed to do some sample badges. Pastry's was just supposed to be cut out and laminated but I decided to get fancy. (I'll laminate it tonight and mail it tomorrow with all the other art!)
Silverwing was the second badge I did and as you can see, I figured out what I was doing a little more. I figure a badge like these could go for 12 bucks; adrawing that is cut out and glued to a colorful backing, maybe a paw-punch or a sticker, then lamination and DONE. What do ya think?

OMG STANDARD!! *rollson* This is sooooo freaking awesome, thank you so so much!! I just LOVE how you drew SW here, she looks absolutely precious! I very much agree with Paula's comment! XD You made her so adorable, her face is so well done! I just love the angle you drew the face from, the way she's looking coyly at the viewer and sticking out her tongue is great! I really adore how you draw SW, you make her so fluffy and the browns you use are just perfect! That purple hoodie is so cute, I like the blue cut out paw on her sleeve and the white one at the top! It's such a creative touch. :3 The pretty silver in the S and W in name is wonderful, and the little purple heart too! The background is just gorgeous too!
And Pasty is just adorable too!! I love her face so much, and all the shades of brown you used in her hair! The colors are just so lovely too.

I love the paper used and specialty hole-punchies and cutting! The characters with that thin outline of white also really look nice against the backdrop of paper :3 Plus your soft coloring here goes really well with the paper you chose for each character.
