I have finally decided to show off my new Character to the world!
Meet Topsy Turvy, the Carnival Freak Show themed Dutch Angel Dragon!

He is a goofy prankster who just wants to have some fun and make people smile :)
He may be a bit spooky sometimes, but he would do just about anything for a laugh!
He cannot fly, but he can balance on his big tail!

He knows all sorts or tricks and can really put on a good show ;p
