Technically very sound. I'm a big connieseur of Death Metal, and this is definitely the seed of something good. It sort of hearkens back to Slayer, but yearns toward something slightly more progressive, which I think is a great direction to head with this older kind of sound. With some mastering and drums/bass, this would be something I'd put in my iPod without hesitation.
