My character Meg Alopex, being an arctic fox sheds constantly, and one of the "Gags" in the comics I had drawn featuring her, the patterns in her coat color would change from comic to comic. Sometimes from panel to panel. It was just a handy way of keeping my consistency, "Inconsistent."

Somehow even when I saw the thumbnail I suspected strongly this might be Anastasia! Even moreso than your Riina. I think that speaks to how you've captured her essence.

And you've stumbled across one of my greatest dilemmas of all . . . what does she look like in the summer?!? This is as good an answer as I've come across, though she looks like a whole nother fox!

I chose that pattern as I though it would look good on her, but there are any number of alternate patterns. Riina is actually a 'platinum' melanistic sport of a European red and not an arctic at all, though there are arctic versions that have a similar face pattern.
