What is Term?

~{Synx}~

A cold blooded, genderless, parasitic eel from the more distant and stranger areas of the cosmos. Plain, white, perpetually grinning and possessing a hunger as enthusiastic and endless as humanity's sense of exploration, these lovely animals are seen as a blight on all worlds they're found. Weak and frail by the standards of terrestrial apex predators, synx lurk in the shadows, stalking weak and vulnerable individuals before finally dragging them away to an incomprehensibly horrid fate. Shockingly enough these baby eating monsters are not very popular with the locals of any world they visit and have built quite the reputation for being an intergalactic nuisance. Any individual or species versed in the synx usually kills them on sight, with extreme prejudice.

Terms history:

Trem was born into a captive environment, upon his awakening the facility he was in was under attack from an escaped experiment in the chaos the small Trem easily escaped into the cargo hold an aboard on of the ships. He then spent most of his adolescent life feeding on wildlife of the planet "Nictirious", forced into having to leave the planet Trem found his young adult life now started on the next planet over, the planet "Bartix" is where Trem met a human girl that gave Trem his name. the girl said to Trem " people tremble in fear when they see you" so she named the nameless creature Trem. he spent many years with the child as she taught him how to speak, naturally curious Trem became a little more then a mindless killer. but the winter nights are harsh on a homeless child and only 5 years after meeting the child she died, Trem then boarded another ship and is now here on earth for the time being.
