So I ran out of tape for my current fursuit commission, so I made this in the meantime before I could get more.
This little guy took me about 3 or 4 hours total, and was actually a lot of fun to sculpt and paint. It's made from Kato clay, painted with acrylics. It's a bit flexible, and fits on my middle and pointer comfortably (size 5 and 6)
I'll be glossing him as soon as my varathane gets in. He actually is covered in scales all over the body, but the camera doesn't pick it up well.
I may open an etsy shop for similar items sometime, if there's enough interest. I'd have to do some more testing though since this is only my first ring.
