Granted Im not a fan of pig and pig costumes but I reallly like the work you ahve done. I may have someone that might want something spandex related done if you ever get some time and are not hyperextending yourself.

nope. I started on the paws, but the pink vinyl I used was really crappy so I kinda shelved the idea for a while. I tried something similar, where I tried to make puffy spandex "hippo" suits. I made an inner layer of the double thick 12oz spandex, then a layer of cotton batting and then an outer layer of some 4-way stretch vinyl, and a belly of spandex. the problem was that the spandex stretches much more than the cotton batting so it eventually pulls it apart at key areas like the hips and the arm pits. so far the best attempt we've made at padding a spandex suit was with spanda since she had so much actual foam in her.
