The camera is a Canon Digital Rebel XT (EOS 350D) and the lens was an EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 III lens- the version without image stabilization and USM focus.
Other details specific to this photo:
Focal length: 210mm
Aperture: f/8
Exposure time: 1/160s
ISO: 400
The lens has some chroma aberration problems if it's used with the aperture wider than f/8 near the long end of its zoom range, so I almost always have it set for that. Someday I'll get an L series lens... someday... But not today. ^_^

So far I've just got three, including the kit lens the body came with, but then I end up spending more of my free cash on other things. XD
My 35mm camera, which I don't get much use out of today, is a Pentax K-1000 that I got right around 20 years ago. I only ever had one lens with it, a Takumar zoom (exact specs forgotten at the moment) but I did grab a teleconverter for cheap in the "junk bin" at the local camera shop. All it needed was a thorough cleaning. What amuses me about the converter is that is has all the pass-throughs for automatic features that neither the body nor the lens support. n.n
