These are carved on both sides from wood, burnt, and painted to look like real feathers.

I made these for someone who was going to turn them into a pendant type ornament. She wanted something with more blue, so instead of repainting this one I just carved a whole new set and painted that one. It wasn't too tough, I already had one ready to paint anyway.
