I've had these two characters since... sometime in 2010, I think, but I've never drawn them digitally. So this is one of those "For my reference, just to prove they exist" pictures.

The guy's name is Gavon. He's been afflicted by nearly 20 different curses. The first of which was the curse of bad luck. His curses are mostly odd inconveniences such as smelling like pine straw, only being able to stay in one place/town for five days without overstaying his welcome, not being able to read (He isn't illiterate. He's just not able to read), and not being able to use weapons. He's somewhat skilled at earth related magic, but he tries not to use these skills too much out of concern anything unlucky (like causing an earthquake) may happen.

The girl has a name but I can't remember it. She's a member of a prominent royal family. She is a type of dragon/bird hybrid that can take on human form. She's naturally lucky, so when she's around, his unluckiness is slightly balanced out.
