He's a Drawolf from  Yaroul

But about them:
"Males are usually larger than females, showing off a bit of bulk in the chest and shoulders with longer 'manes' than females. Their claws are much larger as well but not as sharp as the females as well. Both males and females can possess horns and they may be either straight, long, curvy, ram-like or turn into complex designs not usually seen in nature however the males will always have a more impressive horn growth than females. It is also possible to not possess any horns at all! Being a dragon-wolf hybrid, they have taken the traits of a short but slit nostril snout, muscular limbs, long and thick tails as well as their horns from the dragon while keeping the ears, eyes and fluff from the wolf. Drawolves have a notorious reputation for being exceptional breeders with the speed of a wolf's thrusts and the sexual hunger of a dragon."
