Tiernach, younger (by 5 mins) of the twin sons of King Maximillian Irontooth. He has committed, and will continue to commit, some of the worst war crimes and most heinous magical experiments performed in living memory. He will displace his father from the throne, outlaw his brother, and assume the crown under dubious circumstances. His family and friends will come to fear him, his nobles will remain loyal only through greed or fear, and the population of his kingdom will be mercilessly ruled by the military.

If only someone would notice he's being blackmailed and is increasingly a puppet in someone else's master plan.
