Ingredients:
1 pack of lean ground pork
2 packs of lean ground turkey
2 Spanish onion
8 cloves of garlic
2 bags of fine egg noodles
half a bottle of pizza sauce
1 freezer bag of frozen duck broth cubes.
10 cups of water
Spices:
(About a tablespoon or so)
8 packs of chicken broth
Black pepper
Old bay
paprika
roasted garlic & pepper spice blend
cajun spice
Directions:
for this soup I used my big stock pot.
Fry up the Pork in one frying pan and the Turkey in another frying pan and cooked both until they are nice and brown. (I used my Food Processors for cutting up the Onions and garlic. It really saved my eyes from the onions.) Next add the frozen duck broth into the pot and set on the stove and turn the stove on to med high and let the duck stock melt. Once the duck stock is nice and hot add the onion,garlic as well as both cooked meats and cover with water and let it cook for about 15-20 min but keep an eye on it and give it a stir every so offing. Once the onions are nice and soft add the noodles and give it a good stir and let cook until the noodles are soft (about 7 min) Once the noodles are done turn the stove done to low and add the spice and the half a bottle of pizza sauce. And let simmer until every thing is done.
