A first attempt at speed painting and a concept pic for a masquerade mask; in the same vein as the steampunk-ish Dark World pics I did a while ago.

For a first attempt it didn't come out too badly :)

Hopefully i'll be batter with future attempts,.. in many ways it's a lot closer to photo-editing than I had imagined :)

I suppose that is why most people who do art on here are using Photoshop which was originally meant for photo editing. LOL. ^\/^

I'd love to. though I don't have the skills or materials, at the moment , to do it. If I can find someone who could make it for me then I almost certainly would; maybe even flesh out more of the costume :)

I can so easily see this made of copper and distressed leather over a stiff form to help it keep it's shape... Use lenses from sunglasses for the eyes and you're set!
