This is another character from the fanfic Cereza was from. The fanfic didn't get to his part, but the concept of a guy who kept cheery despite how miserable the world he lived in made him resonated with me. He was originally supposed to join the party after Cereza caught him having a moment of weakness and he would ultimately be the last and youngest main member to join. His first birthday would've been a breather episode so people could see just how far the team had come. (Yeah, he's not even a year old. Hence the lack of padded embarrassment.)
