This photo is from a sketching trip my class took to the Bramble Park Zoo in Watertown, SD in May 2006

This was one obnoxious bird. Repeatedly called me a cracker and hello. Even when I said goodbye and left. Actually a part of me wishes I could spend a few hours teaching it a few choice words of my own.

And is it just me or am I not seeing a lot of choices for scpecies of birds in the pulldown list here?
