He’s some kind of Ogre who absorbs his preys and keeps parts of them as living decorations over his body, thanks to his fleshcraft ability. Lately, he’s been enjoying eyes, mostly because it’s quite funny for him to feel them blinking.

I know nothing about Drows apart from their spider feti... cult or something like that. :'p I was more thinking about Tzimisce from Vampire: The Masquerade.
As for the victims, weeeeeeeeell... Let's just say most of them don't, but who knows, you always have the occasional weirdo who's into it. >:D

Yeah, well the drow create their driders, supposedly through fleshwarping, they also like changing their prisoners into abominations, like turning humans into big slimy slug things.
No doubt there's a couple of those eyes in there that probably don't mind too much! The rest of them are probably scared of confused as hell! But who knows...they might come around >:-3
