Abilities and skills:
-Master of Tiger style Kung-fu and several types of weapons
-Wears a suit of nearly indestructible armor that gives him Super Strength, the ability to fly at supersonic speeds, has several weapons built into it, and has an integrated HUD system in the visor.

Weaknesses:
-The suit is a prototype model and has several flaws in its design, the greatest being that the helmet can be knocked or taken off if enough force is applied
-Hul has a severe case of "Little Napolean's Syndrome" which means that he is living with the deluded belief that he can do things far beyond his limits, making him extremely overconfident.
-Though the suit is fitted with maneuvering boosters for quick movement, it is quite slow on foot.

BIO:
Hul had grown up in a very rich family who gave him pretty much anything he ever wanted if her threw a hard enough tantrum. He grew up with this mentality as he entered into the medical field like his parents drove him to, and he was begrudgingly accepted into medical school. The ride was rough, but a lot of money later, and he graduated to become a Doctor.

Hul was facinated with the idea of making himself invincible, and that crazed delusion carried over to his work when he started working on a project that involved him making the suit of armor above to be used in combat environments to save lives, but all the doctors he presented it to saw it for what it truely was, a terribly over-expensive war machine. Hul was stripped of his title after no more than two years of being a doctor, and Hul threw the mother of all tantrums. He killed several of his peers when he donned his own suit of armor, but he was eventually stopped by a hero he inadvertently created.

He would come to be known as a widely feared mercenary and black-market surgeon for hire to heroes and heroines far and wide. He is on a crazed mission to dominate the world of heroes and villains and force the world to conform into his own twisted image.
