View of my studio/living room. The far left of the shelves, the ones behind the Good Year blimb, are actually a continuation of shelves in my "book nook", which are *behind* the three rows of shelves at the right.
Some kipple of note on book shelves... Dark Vadar, Batman & Riddler, Captain Amelia, Harley Quinn, Jasmine, Pocahantas, & other small girly figures, rat girl from Flushed Away, Martian, more figures form Pokey-haunt-us, miniature Coke bottles, astronaut, colour name tag, Mr. Potato Head, Chipmunk band, cast of Chicken Run, robots (including Rosie, two from Robots, Iron Giant, Lost in Space robot, C3PO, wind-up), Spiderman, Incredibles, Bart Simpson, three generations of astronauts, military Matchboxes, British LA-85 assault rifle (hung n hook).
On my desk... pink T-Bird and golden Panoz on desk, skunk plushie, Rotlser Award placque, British fanzine with one of my articles.
On wall... Tinkerbell coffee mug, large map of Willow Run, racing cars and military vehicles, various figures & Enterprise D toy (better shot elsewhere), fire engines, Good Year blimp, framed prints, replica firearms.
Replica guns include a Walther P.38, the but end of an Uzi rifle, an M1-117 Commando version of the M-16, the robocop version of the Beretta 92, and 9 inch barrel S&W .44 Magnum.
You can see a bit of a way up the hall, and the bathroom door is visible.
My bedroom is behind the left hand wall.

Replicas in that the makaer sells them as kits. They're mostly plastic parts (except sprints and screws). Some kits are better, with more working parts, than others. A few of these are actually just good looking toys. I'd file down the seams and maybe add a better looking sight or something.
I think the phaser gives it away. (Visible in Studio Two). If that were real, I'd be a very rich fan.

I have some Airsofts though. The Beretta 92 on my couch, seen in Studio Four, is a metal Airsoft that shoots small plastic pellets. It looks exceedingly real. But there are only a limited number of working features, and nothing inside is remotely like the real gun. Apart from the Beretta I've a S&W auto, and some cheaper Airsoft-like pellet guns made of plastic. And the LA 85, which is mainly metal and shoots the same pellets.
A lot more junk. I really started acquiring new stuff at a great a little after 2000, I think. Got used to making money at cons, and started spending it. Now the trend is the other way. I'm not making hardly any money and will have to get used to having very little in the way of new toys.
