Schwarzpelz - Chapter 2 - Part 23
Sorry for being inactive for a while, I was in a bit of an unmotivated phase, you know, the usual excuses. I'll have an other page up later today to make up for it~
Aaaaanyway, big bro is out of da mouf! And birdy! That is the important part, little birdy ish alright ouob Sis will be happy to hear that~
Schwarzi seems a little too big in the last panel, I know I want him biiiig, but it's just a bit much here I think x3
I'm actually right now planning what I want to do with the 3rd chapter. I have a few characters that may or may not make an appearance and I'm eager to start, buuut we'll be stuck with this chapter for quite a while still, it's a bit
longer than I originally anticipated, and while I want to draw more of the new character(s) I wanna give Chakka and sis more time in the manga as well, while the story still evolves around them.

Woah, an ordinary person could fit under one of Sis's paws, but that's still smaller than one of Shwartzi's toe pads? I didn't get that sense of scale from the earlier chapter at all! Did he get larger in the years between chapters, or is it just really hard to portray the scales you want?

His size in the last panel there is what I wanted to go for from the very beginning, like normal people being a little smaller than his toes. He kinda shrank a lot in chapter 1 though and his size got very irregular so at some point I lost sight of how big I actually wanted him to be. When the "new" Schwarzi pages came out, the ones with black frames instead of the white ones, I tried really hard to get his original size back. Sooo yeah he is now pretty huge again and he'll hopefully stay that way.
Whether I'm able to draw the sis' size in relation to schwarzi or chakka is another topic again x3
