This seems to be more and more where I spend most of the day.
Spaceships are, L to R, Thunderbird 1, Prof. Calculus' Moon Rocket (from Tin Tin), the first Enterprise starship, Fireball XL-5, Enerprise D, USS Reliant, Enterprise A.
Hand grenade is the old "pineapple" type copied from a French model, but only a practice round. No cap, no power, no bang.

Technically. Though I could never see how a stove-pipe design that launches upward like a rocket could be anything but a rocket. Thudnerbirds didn't make much sense anyway. I was more of an XL-5 man, and have the T1 only because I found it at a Salvation Army, and knew they were scarce.
There's a setting in Appearances or Desktop, somewhere, that allows you to move them anywhere you want. (The default is snap-to-grid I think.) Then you just drag the icons around with your mouse. I haven't had to change the default setting in such a long time, I don't recall clearly how it's done.
I reconstructed what I did. I right clicked while the mouse on the desktop, to bring up a menu with Arange Icons By. That brings up a new menu that includes Align by Grid, and Auto Arange. One of those is the default, when Windows is installed. You want to turn off both, and then you can arrange the icons any which way.
But you see to know that.
So, yes, I arranged the icons by eyeball. After all, I *am* an artist!
