That is a very scenic photo! Must have been breathtaking (& literally!) at that altitude... :) Nice contrasts in color.

This was taken only a few thousand feet (less than 3) higher than the elevation that I live at, so it wasn't too bad in that regard. There was a sign that read "High Elevation, Walk Slowly," which made me laugh. The view from the peak was absolutely spectacular and completely breathtaking. Being above the clouds and watching them roll across the volcano was truely memorable. I'm glad that you liked the photo. ^^

Another day in paradise... Gad, I have to go places in order to get shots like that.

I had to go places! That was in Hawaii, great place to visit, but I really wouldn't want to live there. I get enough of the "resort town" thing at home. ^^
It was really a nice day... got sunburned though, lol
