Tetsu Yatogi, he is way more badass than Shin Akuma :P

Mugen Characters are unbalanced anyway lol

Well after playing with a boat load of them he doesn't seem that unbalanced, his attack power is actually pretty weak, the only
thing he has going for him is the combos you can make and can link a multitude of specials together but if you can't do that
then you won't be able to win with him

Yup, I've tried fighting with many different characters to see if he is over powered or not, he can stand a chance to Shin Akuma but its pretty damn hard to do so, you gotta learn to parry and make sure you don't screw up said combos are you'll be quite dead...especially since shin akuma has that unblockable grab special that takes about a third of you hp D:
