Only two fixes I can see-
On the left ear, the line isn't on the outer edge, just the inner (meaning, the side closest to the other ear, not meaning the inside of the ear), so it's kinda like half an outline rather than a full outline, if that makes sense?
Can you make the pawprint square have the same blue background as the other sections? If it refuses to behave, that's alright. :)
