It may just be me but that outfit design looks way more adult
than cute. xDD I don't see any kid wearing that without their parents

Its not like RU is known for wearing a lot of clothing xP. This is basically just a cloak, like red riding hood style. And some bootsocks to go with it. Most kids probably wear whatever they normally wear under it. For RU that just means nothing xP
