(( I gotta say, I do like the bio-luminescence.
So... is that a 40k style blender lord? You know, I haven't played 40k in a long time. I finally picked up the new book, and the way it reads is completely greek to me. I guess, if I ever get a chance, I'll pick up the new rules, and maybe then the sourcebook will make a spot more sense.

I use Apple Barrel. Though it's not made for minis, it has a good texture, and require very little thinning. After the painting I coat them with Modge Podge matte sealer. The fluorescent paint is by the same company that carries AppleBarrel. All of these I get from Wal-Mart. Heh
