Very relaxing, i hear what you mean by "belmishes" but it's still good. though i get strange looks from it, i think this was my fav FF game.

I liked Final Fantasy VIII the most...Well, in terms of a musical aspect, heeehehe, I liked FFXII the most, in terms of story play...I think, only because it's more "darker" than it's predecessors...Heehehe, it also didn't have a general love theme. :)

I agree with you that FF8 has the most interesting music of all FF's !
I love the pieces you play, I wish i could finally afford a piano and work on my FF songs :(

I suggest a nice keyboard. It's hard to buy a good enough piano and microphone to match the quality of a keyboard with a cable input.

However, in person--a real piano is unmatched.

yeah thats my thing - i like to play for myself, and a keyboard can't just do the thing for me. I like the sound of a grand piano - I learned to play on a concert piano!
I also have a big issue with plastic keys - i need them weighted. Now there are got weighted keys on some keyboards - but they are soooo expensive!

Most worthwhile keyboards have weighted keys. :P I wouldn't suggest you buying one from WalMart for 20 bucks.

honestly, I am waiting until I can afford taking over an old piano from someone in the area and get it tuned - they give away free pianos every day here, but transport and tuning are expensive as you probably know

I tune myself--so I don't know how expensive it is.

As for transportation...Yeah, that's an expensive bitch.
