
A friend of mine gave me a jar of moose meat. He wanted to see if I could make something different and here is what I came up with.
Ingredients:
1 pack of Roasted sea Laver
1 jar of moos meat
1 can of baby clams
1 jar of pickled Herring
1 can of Vienna sausage
1 can of corned beef
1 can of smoked Oysters
1 can of Herring fillets
1 can of kippers
1 box of Mushroom broth.
1 pack of Imitation crab meat
2 bags of seafood medley - octopus cuttlefish squid mussels and clams
spices:
black pepper
old bay
tex mex
2 chicken broth sachets.
Directions:
In a large pot empty both boxes of mushroom broth and then add the moose mead chunks and let cook on med-hight for about 10 min. Next turn the stove down to med-low and cut up corn beef and Vienna sausage in to bite side peaces and add them to the stove. Let cook for about 10min. Next add the Oysters, Herring fillets and the kippers,pickled Herring,Imitation crab meat and one pack of the Roasted sea Laver.(just brake up with your paws) let cook on low and add the fallowing spices tex mex, old bay, black pepper and chicken broth sachets. Let simmer on low for about 35 min.
