I'd explain but at the moment it's needlessly convoluted and not exactly worked out. Let's just say there's a big metal thing that doesn't work, but somehow works when some floppy-eared dragon is about.

Uh, to me it looks like a combat scene.

Some robot thingy stretches its fists out and fights some chubby dragon. The dragon blocks the robot's strike with his palm or something like that...
