Absolutely adore the composition here. I really love the way you made the white smoke wrap around the tree on the right, the fire and embers effect on the ground, and how the black smoke inn the bottom comes it into the foreground but really the image and it's composition is just gorgeous.
Wow this is gorgeous, truly gorgeous. you are probably one of the best artists on FA that I have seen so far, that sheen on the fur, the flow of the fur, and the anatomy feel so real, and the back ground is well done too, it does not smother the character. Just enough detail to know the setting and make the character pop.
I absolutely ADORE how you work on fur and black characters. Something on them seems just so real, I can almost feel them. That being said This piece speaks to me in so many levels. The way you inserted the idea of duality, the extreme contrasts and the mist, just so ahsgdf <3 Definelt my favourite picture from your gallery so far! ;u;

That's a really great take on the yin-yang theme, composition-wise and regarding the use of colour, as well as in the little details. I especially love that dynamic pose and the subtle musculature. Plus, the character being a panther is a plus. There's definitely not enough art around here featuring panthers. :3
I'm late to the party, but excellent work on this painting, Cara. Interesting character, and a wonderful, visually striking composition that really complements the character's unique design. As others have said, the logistics of this painting are mind-boggling, which makes it all the more impressive how well it turned out. Great work! :)
I cannot tell you how much I love this concept, the whole idea of the image and how well it came together :) Between that and all the small details you put into it (as always and to be expected now I'm afraid :P ) makes it a real masterpiece imo!

I've had this open in a tab for a few days now because I've been trying and failing to express how much this has floored me? Like it's so full of life, the level of detail and the way the lights and shadows have been worked makes me feel like I could be standing there myself? But when you actually look at each bit it's just simple brush strokes? Like....I keep coming back just to look at the way you've done the trees on the right hand side. I can't actually describe how much I love it.
