Sketch I took last week for forfaox of their avian character, Yldornis! I loved his thundery theme and had a lot of fun with the moody feel of this piece. I did have to lighten his values a lot however, so I hope that was okay :C My boyfriend walked past me working and was like 'Wow, that's super dark.'

Glad you like him! The laptop I was originally using to sketch him out had really awful color calibration, so he looked very blue (and very bright). When I opened up his refs again to color I had a bit of a shock because it looked totally different! That being said, now I have trust issues with my monitors, so if for whatever reason he is not colored properly let me know and I'll fix it.
