This is a bio of a character I had considered, but had forgotten to complete. I finally got it done. It also fills a void I didn't think about; if the cowboys of the Wild West befriend Native Americans, it's only natural they should be friends with Mexicans. Jose is one such character; he is friends with the Nickelbacks and company.

Jack: Just to make sure, are there any differences in the Mexican culture in Mexico and in America?
Victoria: Sort of but I can tell you this; flour tortillas were made by Americans in Texas because Americans were not used to the texture of corn tortillas at the time. The Mexican-American community did adopt tortillas and this is why you have things like the chimichanga which is Arizona's state dish. Its just a deep-fried burrito.
Zachary: And Deadpool loves them!

Zachary: I thought we apologized. Well, I did improve living conditions for Native Americans and expanded their rights. Sure what I did was brutal but I'm sorry for all the troubles I caused. I just wanted to make America a model nation to the world and help my people. I wanted improvement that's all. We were lagging behind the world in many things so I thought "Why not be a dictator and enforce these reforms on my own?" I just wanted to bring America out of worry.
Chuong: You did improve America and you did improve living conditions and expanded the rights of Native Americans. But understand that your methods to improve America left sour memories because lives were lost under you. You destroyed organizations like Westboro Baptist Church and memorials were built to honor the lives lost under your reign. You did address all the issues you stated in your agenda and solved them but you used force to solve these issues. Everything you did reminds me of Mao Trach Dong. You may have improved America, but you still did horrible things.
