Why did I use this game? Because I can't draw. ;p
Still, despite the game having it's limitations, I think got it mostly right.

Powers and abilities:

Thanks to the symbiote he has: super-strength, speed,endurance and reflexes; spider-sense; the ability to create things using the symbiote itself (e.g: spikes and web); accelerated healing.

Has control over his own body. This allows him to do things like retracting his horns, change the size of his scales (from being basically skin to dragon-like scales), change color (not like a chameleon, more like a mood-ring) and other similar alterations.

Can fly (obviously :p)
