Haunting time

“Mommy when are we gonna go twick or tweating!”

Giggling and looking at the white wolf pup in his costume pouting as he looked up at her. Zach was normally a good puppy but with the excitement of his friends he was a bit hot under the collar tonight.

Appropriate as it was with him being dressed as a hot pepper, Or her little hot pupper as she had affectionately started calling him, Moogie scooped the little wolf up patting his diapered bottom to calm him.

“As soon as you're little friends get here cutie remember? Little Madi and Gemma were coming to trick or treat with you won't that be so much fun!? And you won't even have to worry cus your Mommy will be right here to watch out for you.”

Taking the moment to tickle his foot paws the little pouty pup giggled as he looked up into the cow's eyes his own little brown eyes showing a joy she loved to see. At that moment the doorbell rang.

“well speak of the little devils.”

Smiling as she stood up and headed to the door with little Zach in tow Moogie opened the door to see the smiling faces of Gem and Madi's parents happy to see the savior of their evening.

After a few pleasantries it was just Moogie, Madi the little cow, and Gemma the squirrel. Madi herself dressed as a little angel, Making Moogie chuckle as she knew what kind of a handful she could be. Little Gemma was dressed as a pumpkin the one year old cooing a bit in her baby carrier.


Smiling as she gathered the kids around she started to explain the rules of this little outing as she passed out tiny pumpkin buckets.

“Now little ones you know that unless I let go you two are supposed to hold onto my hands. That goes double for you Zach you hold onto mommy's hand until she let's you go understand?”

Nodding the giggling toddlers bounced ready for their first ever trick or treating outing. As she took their hands after slinging a fully loaded diaper bag over one shoulder picking up Gem in her carrier in the other they headed out in the cool October night.

The first few houses scored a good bit of candy for the little ones as Moogie watched on getting lot's of comments on the adorable kids in their costumes as Gem fussed a bit in her carrier. Slipping a pacifier into the little squirrels mouth Moogie looked down the street at the next few houses.

A bit later on into the night they happened upon the last house of the night. The little house was a quaint structure with cream colored walls and a tile roof. Taking the kids paws Moogie walked up to the house and knocked on the door. The door creaked open eerily as opposed to the outside as both Madi and Zach gasped happily.

Inside the doorway seemed to be a real life version of candy land. A river of chocolate flowed through the living room and gumdrops laid out like stepping stones. But as they stepped inside the scene drastically changed. The landscape grew darker as the river turned from brown to a deep red.

The gumdrops seemed to shape and form into demonic beings as a deep laugh was heard. Shrieking in terror Zach and Madi ran back into Moogie's arms as she jumped back onto the porch.

The house had changed. Gone was the yellow house in it's place was a decrepit mansion at the end of their street. Taking up the crying children into her hands Moogie shushed them as she walked with them back to the house.

By the warmth in their diapers Moogie knew it was time for quite a few diaper changes before getting the kids calmed down and calming down quite a bit herself.
