Creature design commission for a friend, that have taken quite some time to finish. She wanted a winged, eye-less, predatory creature with an "icy" color scheme that could inhabit an icy planet. He's able to navigate using magic, and the spikes on his head and tail flash with red color (like the colors on a deep sea jellyfish) when he gather energy for a magical attack. My friend named him Mortemaecus, or Morty for short.

Simple background is simple, figured it would be better than a transparent background.
