So with my new tablet I actually got around to finishing this finally. Was in the middle of it when my previous one died.
I was tossing around the idea of a new OC. I always liked alligators so decided on a albino-like design.
This may not be the final iteration but its a good start.
Oh, if anyone has good ideas for a name, I am all ears :)
