Finally done with another ref commission!
This is a ref of a cute Angel Dragon created by  E~reno who I am glad was able to wait so long for this.
I had fun making this, but I have to admit I pulled my hair out a few times. Mostly over drawing his wings and shirt, ESPECIALLY the shirt. I was tempted to just use an overlaying pattern, but I aint cheap! <.<
