Kill Joe and Aladar are good friends (non-canon), even that Aladar is good and Kill Joe evil. Really complicated!!

And more complicated then that is the fact that they are from rival teams, but, I don't think this ruin their friendship.

Since I watched the last epsiode of Pokémon Generations I can't stop in thinking about these two organizations. Also both episodes were so epic and fantastic, I wish that the main anime could be like that. But well enjoy it!!
