This is a two pianos arrangement in my own style of Bach's concerto for 4 harpsichords in A minor, which was itself an arrangement of Vivaldi's concerto for 4 violins in B minor. I based this version off of Bach's version, which I think is far superior to Vivaldi's original. I've completed just the first movement so far.

Five years ago, I uploaded my arrangement of Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor. It was one of my most popular submissions back in the day, and I have to say it came out great. Ever since then, I sought out another classical piece that would be ideal for rearranging in my style, and I've found a good candidate.

I definitely took a lot of liberties with this, throwing out some counterpoint and adding in my own much like I did with the toccata and fugue. This is by no means supposed to be a faithful version of the original but instead more of a remix. I had fun with it, though I was surprised by a lot of the weird phrasing in there.

I'm not usually one to submit works in progress (in fact this is the first time I ever have), but I haven't had any time to work on this for a while, and I'm not sure when it'll be done. I had originally hoped to submit it exactly 5 years after my previous Bach arrangement. I hope you enjoy this first movement.
