This is a semi-open original species of mine, known as Lukan'dyr. They are large canids (max about four feet tall at the shoulder) that are as intelligent as people but still maintain canine-like lifestyles. They hunt in packs, but their dexterous paw-hands allow them to manipulate the land a bit better. They build temples and causeways lined with inscriptions into mountains, hills, or into the ground. They worship a god named Tas-Tikan who gives them pieces of asteroid to help them control magic enough to change from canine to human forms and back as desired.

This Lukan'dyr is part of a pack from a water-side pack, a lake up in the mountains with sheer rock faces and cold winters (the others of which I will probably also put for adoption). Check my gallery for more!

The colors are all flat color; the feathers are iridescent hence the glow. The bodies have normal dog coloring but their feathers can be just about anything (any color, some designs, even a few symbols).

If won, you can change the gender and age, give it a name, a more in-depth background, even slightly alter the design... as long as it fits within the species and universe.
